We have a strict no drugs/no alcohol policy. Both can cause negative experiences for all. Beyond that, some of the products and equipment that we use require that you be completely ‘there’ in order to prevent illness or injury. If it is sensed that drugs or alcohol have been used, the treatment will be ended without hesitation and without refund.
We are trained professionals and, as such, will approach our treatment sessions with professionalism. While it is important-and our goal is-for you to feel safe, comfortable and as free as possible, we cannot allow for inappropriate gestures or propositions. As with our drug and alcohol policy, the treatment will be terminated without hesitation and without refund.
You will be treated with the utmost respect, it is hoped that you will afford that in return. Our treatment sessions are private and confidential.
We, as men, are - by nature - physically expressive creatures. As individuals, each of us respond to touch in very different ways. Any physical or emotional reactions during our treatments will not be perceived as anything more than what they are, natural.

Booking your next treatment at the end of the current one is the best way of ensuring your preferred times are available.
Every effort is made to keep our schedule, as scheduled--ensuring you get the most out of each of your services. Your therapist will arrive 15-20min before your scheduled time. This allows adequate time for set-up, consultation and questions before diving in.
Falling Behind/Retreating
Treatment times are reserved just for you. In order that all our clients feel appropriately valued, punctuality is important. 'Soldiers' that fall behind may have their sessions truncated, or rescheduled.
We understand that life, especially these days, can get in the way of Life. We extend two ‘no problem cancellations’ per client. Beyond that, 24hrs is required (48hrs for multiple services). Less than the required time will result in a 50% charge of booked services.
Now, if it happens to be us running late, or has to cancel/reschedule, You will be given as much warning as possible. Should we give less than 24hrs notice, your next service over $20.00 will be discounted by 15%.
This, of course, excludes delays or cancellations due to inclement weather or illness. If we're sick, we're not about to take you down with us.
